Definition
To catch perfect is to catch the ONLY two cards in the deck that could have helped you beat your opponent. Therefore, a player must catch his last two outs on the turn and river.
Example
My opponent flopped quads on the 66A board. My pockets aces were way behind. Luckily, I caught perfect and the last two aces came out on the turn and river.
