Definition
If the river card brings the 4th card of the same suit, you should heavily consider betting out if you are first to act and heads up against an opponent.
Example
So the River brings the 4th heart, and busts my straight draw, but I Figure I\'ll bet anyway because of Clarkmeisters Thereom. He thought about it for a few moments, and folded.
