Definition

A call that is made with a hand that is almost certainly behind. You are calling, you don’t really want to, like, it’s so bad that it makes you start to cry, but then you call anyway!

Example

From his line I put him squarely on a set. Once I hit my flush I shoved, hoping that he would make a crying call.
