Definition
A casino or card club employee who is responsible for dealing the cards, charging the rake, and paying off the pot. Separately, in positional games, the player who is on the button. (In a home game where there is no paid dealer, the player on the button will also deal the cards.)
Example
"I hate that dealer! Ever since he sat down, I've been getting nothing but rags!"
