Definition
Similar to pot odds, these odds are calculated while anticipating future bets. It is correct to call with a draw if you are getting bad pot odds, if you can be sure that you will get enough out of your opponent when the draw comes in to make up for it.
Example
I had a gutshot on the turn and my hand was really well disguised. I knew that if I hit my hand I would have great implied odds because I would surely stack villain.
