Definition
In Omaha and Omaha h/l a system to evaulate the strength of a starting hand by assigning point values to different card combinations. It is a relatively simple system that mainly helps beginners to understand what are quality starting hands
Example
I thought A588 is agood hand but I checked its point count and it is low
