Definition
Currently the most popular variant of poker. Each player is dealt 2 hole cards, followed by a round of betting, a flop of 3 community cards, another round of betting, and 2 more community cards (the turn and river), dealt with a round of betting after each one. The best five card combination, which may or may not use both hole cards, wins the hand.
Example
"I used to play draw, but I really got to like hold 'em from watching poker on TV."
