Already scheduled to play in the event are Allen Cunningham, Daniel Negreanu, Erik Seidel, Antonio Esfandiari, Howard Lederer, Todd Brunson, Jennifer Harman, Scotty Nguyen, Chris Ferguson, Joe Hachem, John Juanda, and many more of the poker elite. These guys, as you can already tell but I will say it again just for kicks, are the crème de la crème, the cream of the crop, the top of the hill, the top dogs, the head honcho’s, the ones everyone and their mother guns for when looking to make a name for him or herself.
This tournament is therefore obviously already shaping up to be one of the most prestigious ones of this year. Win here and you can be sure your name belongs among the greats. The tournament will begin on February 21 at 1pm at the Commerce Casino, in, well, L.A duh, and features a $10,000 buy-in. The anticipated prize pool is more than $6 million! There are satellites running all the time at the Commerce if you are interested but on a tighter budget. All you need is a dream and 10,000 bucks to participate among the greats and make a name for yourself!
