As the Full Tilt Online Poker Series continues, more players are fulfilling poker fantasies by scoring big in a tournament. Event #26 would do the same, as 1,907 players put up $200+$16 for their chance at the $350,000 guaranteed prize pool. With so many people buying in to this No Limit Hold’em, Rush Poker Turbo tournament, the prize pool ended up at a healthy $381,400.
Scott Clements was the Red Pro host of event #26. Clements has been very successful in his poker career so far, racking up two WSOP bracelet and winning three WPT titles. He’s also been successful online, winning a coveted FTOPS gold jersey for his win in the two-day No Limit Hold Em, event #19 in this FTOPS series. Along the way, Clements has earned over $3.1 million in career winnings. Unfortunately for Clements, he wasn’t as lucky this time around, finishing in 619th place and well out of the money. Of the 28 other Red Pros joined Clements in this tournament, only one made the money. Robert Romanello was eliminated in 166th place earning him a meager $419.54.
Addictah was far more fortunate than the red pros. He finished first, scoring $69,500 after a deal was made during heads up play. Needcashquik got the quick cash he wanted, finishing second for $60,938.80.
