Complaints are still rolling in to the Alderney Gaming Control Commission (AGCC) by disgruntled former FullTilt Poker players. The AGCC issued a statement to remind players that FullTilt Poker is no longer licensed by their organization, and thus are unable to help mediate disputes or recover any funds owed by the poker site. They will continue to pass on all complaints that they receive to local police departments, and they encourage players to contact their own local authorities with complaints regarding FullTilt Poker if they feel laws were broken.

The AGCC made no mention of the recent purchase of the FullTilt Poker name and assets by the French investment group known as Groupe Bernard Tapie (GBT). The GBT purchased FullTilt Poker from the Department of Justice for the sum of $80 million, months after FullTilt Poker was seized by the DOJ in the fallout of Black Friday.

While things are still up in the air, it appears that GBT will also take on the debts/player balances owed by the old FullTilt Poker. GBT will likely be responsible for international player funds, while American players will, at some point in the future, hopefully be able to recover their funds directly from the DOJ.

News regarding FullTilt Poker has been sparse lately. However, there are class action lawsuits in the works in a number of different countries, including the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
