Andrew “LuckyChewy” Lichtenberger is the latest poker professional to be signed to Full Tilt Poker’s team. Full Tilt Poker has assembled the best online team of poker professionals which includes the likes of Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey, and Tom “durrrr” Dwan. This team of poker’s elite is known as the Full Tilt Poker Red Pros.
The 22-year old Lichtenberger hails from New York. He dropped out of college to play poker as a full-time job. He is well-known and very well respected in the online poker community. It is only recently that Lichtenberger has begun to garner respect from live players. He switched to tournaments and hasn’t looked back since. In the 2009 World Series of Poker, LuckyChewy placed in the money in five events. He finished second in the $5,000 No Limit Hold’em Shoot-Out winning him $215,403. More importantly, he placed 18th in the Main Event for a huge $500,557 bankroll boost. As a Red Pro member, LuckyChewy will earn $35 per hour, receive 100% rakeback, and more. Lichtenberger commented on his blog: “I became a FullTiltPoker.com Red Pro today so now I stand out in the chat box. Hopefully, I get both my avatar and first commercial soon.”
FlopTurnRiver is excited to see both and wishes Andrew “LuckyChewy” Lichtenberger the best of luck!
