It’s Friday and time for another Bodog Poker Leaderboard update. When I wrote last week, it was to announce the winners for the month of August and to update you on the current weekly leaderboard. This week, since we’re 12 days into September, we also have some solid monthly standings to look at.
These were the winners for last week’s weekly leaderboard:
1. Panicked – 3165 pts
2. iNcOgNiTo888 – 2681 pts
3. Troy111 – 2454 pts
Congratulations to Panicked, who won the chance to play a Bodog pro heads-up for $1,000. When I wrote last Friday, he was in 3rd place with 3 more days to go. iNcOgNiTo888, who ended up finishing 2nd, kept the top spot for one more day, but then Panicked stole it away and kept 1st place for the last two days of the week. Panicked also won the weekly leaderboard a few months ago back in May. Troy111, another very good tournament player on Bodog, finished in 3rd place. Troy111 has been in the top 10 for the week for 21 days out of the past 30, and he was in 1st place for the new monthly leaderboard when I wrote last Friday.

There are several familiar names in the list above, most notably that of Panicked. We just saw that he won last week’s leaderboard, so it is very exciting that he is currently on top for this week, too! As I mentioned last Friday, I have never seen a player win the weekly leaderboard two weeks in a row, and it will be interesting to see if Panicked can pull it off. His lead over both 2nd and 3rd place is very small, however, so he still has plenty of work to do.

There’s Panicked again in 1st place, moving up from 3rd last week. This is the first time I’ve ever seen the same player in the top spot for all three of my reported standings! Panicked obviously had a very good past week of tournaments on Bodog. Troy111, 6th on this week’s weekly leaderboard so far, is in 2nd for the month right now. Despite increasing his monthly point total significantly since last Friday, he dropped one spot from 1st place. iNcOgNiTo888 was in 2nd place last week and is now in 3rd.
