Last Saturday marked the conclusion of the Série Royale de Poker at the Montreal Casino. The $1,100 buy-in tournament saw 86 players battle it out for their share of $83,440 prize pool. In the end, Shane Ross outlasted the field to take home a first-place prize of $31,700. The top 10 results are below.

Deerfoot Inn & Casino Summer Super Stack Series Results

From August 8th to 18th, Calgary’s Deerfoot Inn & Casino played host to the “Summer Super Stack Series”. Over $380,000 in prizes were distributed over 8 events, including the “Super Stack” Main Event, which had 112 players and a prize pool of $143,640. The Main Event was eventually won by Quentin Siffeldeen, who took home $40,000 for his efforts. Event winners are below.

CPT Montreal Mega Stack Poker Series

The Mega Stack Poker Series will feature 8 events, indcluding a 3 day Main Event. Regular buy-ins range from $85 to $340, and Main Event $1500. 3 Main Event satellites will be run at VIP Poker Room at 8:15 pm on Sept 25, 28 and 29th. FUrther Satellites and SNG tournaments will be running all week for the Main Event. On top of this, the Canadian Poker Tour is filming a pilot for a new poker reality TV series. Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Poker Championship

Where: McPhillips Station Casino – Winnipeg, Manitoba
When: September 25 to September 29

September is time to “Go All-In on the Prairie” at the McPhillips Station Casino in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The series that started in April 2011 will offer several tournaments at the $300-$600 range and the 2-day, $1000+$100 No Limit Hold’em Championship Event. 2013 West Coast Poker Championship

Where: Edgewater Casino – Vancouver, B.C.

WSOP Circuit Changes Course From Montreal to Gatineau

Where: Casino du Lac-Leamy – Gatineau (Near Ottawa), Quebec
When: November 13 to November 24

The WSOP recently announced a change for one of the venues in the newest circuit event schedule. Originally announced to take place at the Casino de Montréal the events will now be taking place at Casino du Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, which is just across the river from Ottawa.

WPT Montreal Main Event

Where: Playground Poker Club – Montreal, Quebec
When: November 29 to December 5

After the successful $3000+300 WPT Montreal event in November 2012 event, which drew nearly 1,200 players, The World Poker Tour has decided to run two WPT events in Montreal this year. The first, featuring a buy-in of $3,500+$350, is the fully televised PartyPoker sponsored WPT Montreal Main Event. At last year’s event, a field of almost 1200 players battled it out for a first-place prize of nearly $800,000.

Party Poker Qualifiers: Every Sunday at 3:30pm ET is a $300 buy-in, 3 seat guaranteed satellite tournament. Super satellites and other satellites are also available.
