Following their recent deal with Bally’s Technology, ChiliPoker has shifted their player base onto Poker770, another site operating on the iPoker Network. This process, which was completed just days ago, will effectively empty the servers of the France-based company.

To help players through the transition process, Poker770 has announced a series of new promotions. They will now be offering $50,000 in freerolls each month, as well as launching a new VIP program. Players will also be eligible to compete over a spot on Team 770, the official pro team of their new poker home. Those looking for even further rewards will be able to vie for several World Series of Poker packages through Poker770’s WSOP Pro Team Challenge.

But what about those ChiliPoker players who were in the middle of earning a bonus on their old site? According to ChiliGaming CEO Alex Dreyfuss, all promotions and offers which were currently active in a player’s ChiliPoker account will remain in effect at Poker770. Though the sites and sounds of the new website may be slightly different, the playing experience (and the bonuses themselves) will remain largely unchanged.

So, what does ChiliGaming plan to do with their freshly empty nest? Dreyfuss answered this question on his blog, saying that the company will “now be refocusing its energies mainly in US and regulated markets.”

This move should come as no surprise to those who’ve been monitoring the company’s business dealings. Besides their partnership with Bally’s, ChiliGaming also recently inked a deal with Vegas’ Golden Nugget casino, which will see them launch a free-to-play online poker site under their brick-and-mortar banner. This venture, expected to launch sometime over the next few months, will give both companies a head start should online poker become legal on U.S. soil.
