PartyPoker.com has selected Nottingham’s Dusk Till Dawn club as the host for their upcoming Big Game V. The UK poker venue will see action beginning on April 15th and running through the 17th.

As is the custom with such events, PartyPoker is giving away several packages. Currently, they are scheduled to hand out nine free rides, each worth $15,000.  Here’s the skinny on the qualification process, according to a company press release:

“To win a buy-in for The Big Game V, customers have to opt-in and compete in one of three points races that run from the 21st March – 3rd April. Players who finish first or second win one of the $15,000 packages. In addition, there are also $20,000 of leaderboard prizes and freeroll prizes worth $10,000 to be won. To win a place, there will be three points races to participate in at Low, Medium and High Stakes. Six packages (two in each race) will be awarded to the top racers and the next highest finishers can win cash and a seat in a Big Game freeroll where the rest of the packages are up for grabs.”

“Dusk Till Dawn is Europe’s premier poker venue,” says Simon Trumper, the host establishment’s live poker room director, “with 45 all dealer dealt tables and 24 plasma screens. Having won two awards for Cardroom of the Year in the last 12 months we are delighted that PartyPoker.com has chosen our venue for the Big Game this year and look forward to welcoming the world’s best poker players to Nottingham.”

Those wishing to play in keeping with the host’s name will find cash games running continuously throughout the event’s 48 hours.

Several of the biggest names in poker are planning to attend, including David Peat, Annette Obrestad, Tony G, Jennifer Tilly, and Sam Trickett. Reached for comment by PokerNews.com, Trickett had the following to say:

“I’m really looking forward to playing in my home town of Nottingham – Dusk Till Dawn is a fitting venue for a prestigious event like the 48 hour cash game. The line up is even sicker than last year, so I’ll have to be on my A-game!”
