Event 4 of the FTOPS VI took place on Nov 10 and everyone showed up to play the action game, Pot-Limit Omaha. However, there was a twist to make it even more action packed; it was 6-max. With shorthanded play the action is drastically increased as people can’t wait around as much for hands, and when you mix that with PLO you’re bound to see the chips flying. The buyin was $500 + $35 with a guarantee of $300,000, which would only barely be broken with 616 entries ($308,000). This event was hosted by the high stakes regular, David Benyamine. Benyamine has 2 WPT titles and is known for playing the highest stakes anywhere. He isn’t just a NLHE junkie either, you can always find him playing Omaha on Full Tilt against the best int he world!
In event 4, 84 people would walk away with some money, at least $800.80. A spot at the final table would net you at least $10k and the winner was guaranteed $66k+! After a tough final table battle, WHENTHUGSCRY couldn’t hold off allaround22, and allaround22 was declared the champ and walked away with $66,220!
