I’ve been donk-free now for about 300-hands. Previously I’d gone about 500 hands without donking before I fell off the wagon and went with TPGK against obvious pre-flop strength.

I know I have a problem, I know I have to quit. I’m just taking it a session at a time and I understand that I’ll always have a donk-problem, but that with help I’ll still be able to live a reasonably normal life.
