This is an exciting time at Ladbrokes!
First, the prolific Microgaming room, has introduced Ladbrokes Instant Poker. Players no longer have to download software to get in the game! Prospective Ladbrokes Instant Poker players just answer 3 questions. Real money or play money? Cash game or SNG? How much do you want to play for? Once a players has confirmed this, they are instantly seated in their desired game.
Next, Ladbrokes has signed Irish pop star and actor Shane Lynch. Lynch is also an accomplished Drifter. Ladbrokes believes sponsoring Lynch will strengthen their 2010 Poker to the People strategy, which aims to make the game of poker available to all. Lynch is a familiar face among the people. Some may remember he was part of the Irish boy band Boyzone. Others may remember his scuffle with Puff Daddy in 1999. Recently, Lynch has been on British reality television in shows such as Love Island and Cirque De Celebrite. Ladbrokes is excited to sponsor Lynch’s Drifting and poker endeavors. Ladbrokes believes Drifting is racing for the people, as opposed to the highbrow nature of Formula One. We wish good luck to Shane and Ladbrokes on the race track, at the WSOP, and on the electronic felt at Ladbrokes!
Finally, Ladbrokes is proud to announce the Irish Poker Festival will once again be hosted at the Irish National Events Centre (INEC) in Killarney, Ireland.
