Yesterday saw Viktor Blom improve his upturn in profits after several days of seeing his yearly profits declining. It seems that Viktor has worked it out, and returned to winning ways, We’ll have to see what happened yesterday.

Viktor was playing The EPT Grand Final  yesterday, and unfortunately for him, he didn’t make it out of Day One, but luckily for us, he also played online yesterday.

His online day started with him playing “SanIker” at the NLHE Nosebleed $30k Cap tables. They battled over 396 hands, involving five tables, and Viktor was the one who gained the supremacy, wining $315,446 from the secretive German. We missed this action, but we do have some fun videos for you later.

The next action for our Swedish Warrior was at the PLO $500/$1000 $40k Cap tables, against none other than the legend that is Phil “Polarizing” Ivey.

The battle between these two was over a mere 144 hands, and saw these two legends of the game just about break even. Viktor ended up losing $5,134.

We have some of the action from this match up in the video below.

Viktor then set his eyes on the 2-7TD 6-Max tables, and Phil Ivey wasn’t far behind him. They met up with other players including the elusive “Kagome Kagome,” and the action lasted for 456 hands. Viktor was the only one to walk away with a profit, and he was able to bank $299,750 of his opponent’s bankrolls.

Below are the highlights from this game, and include some rather tasty pots.

Tuesday ended with Viktor in Monte Carlo, with an additional $610,062 in his online account, taking his yearly profit numbers to $4,450,684 in the black.

We don’t really have much to talk about here, Viktor is still on a roll, and able to continue to dictate the action against the players sitting opposite him. Ivey is always going to be a tough seat to play against, and Viktor broke even against him at the PLO tables, and has made a profit against him at the 2-7TD tables.

While Viktor’s Poker “Motor” is running sweetly, we’ll have to sit back and let him continue to take all the money he can.

I will be spending my day watching Stapes, Hartigan, and the others commentating on the EPT Grand Final Main Event in Monte Carlo using the FTR hosted Live Stream, fell free to come and join me.
