The Holiday fun kicks off with Fortune Poker’s €100,000 Christmas Calendar. It is a bit unfair to describe this as a single promotion; it is actually a three whole weeks of promotions. There will be a number of tournaments running from December 1st to December 23rd that have been tweaked to make them extra special in addition to new, special Holiday tournaments. The Santa’s Stocking tournaments will reward the top three players with their choice of an iPad or an iPhone. Seven other players will receive a cash price. The Donkey tournament puts a fun twist to tournament play since the first 20 players to be eliminated will win €25. The Three Kings and Two Snowmen tournaments will give players an extra incentive to play their pocket kings and eights. Any player that wins with a set of kings in the Three Kings tournament will win an extra €50 while any player that wins with pocket eights in the Two Snowmen tournament will win an extra €10. Seats to the €75K Guaranteed tournament will be given away in the €75K FREE SEAT tournaments. Some tournaments have undergone a Holiday change with their prize pools being doubled and sometimes even tripled. A number of 24-hour rake races will take place where the top 30 win €100 each. There will also be 24-hour Sit & Go races that reward the top 30 finishers with €100 as well. For some, that would be enough, but the promotions do not end there!
The Holidays cannot come soon enough so Fortune Poker has chosen to race to the Holidays with an Exclusive €10,000 Rake Race and a €5,000 Sit & Go Race. The €10,000 Rake Race will be split into two separate races: one from the 1st to the 15th and the other from the 16th to the end of the month. Both rake races have a prize pool of €5,000 with the first place finisher winning €1,000. The €5,000 Sit & Go Race will run the entire month and the first place finisher will win €1,000. Sit & Go players will look to accumulate as many Sit & Go Points as possible by placing in large tournaments with big buy-ins and large player fields. The bigger the buy-in and player field, the more Sit & Go Points that will be awarded for placing in that particular tournament.
Tournament players will have a ton of other promotions geared towards them. Firstly, Fortune Poker will be looking to send players to the Aussie Millions. For those that don’t know, the Aussie Millions is a series of tournaments at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia. Fortune Poker will be hosting a number of satellites each day that lead to the Aussie Final tournament (that players may also buy into directly for €300 + €20) on December 19th. A number of €10,000 packages will be given out which include the AUD$10,600 entry into the Main Event and €2,500 extra for accommodations and airfare. In addition to sending players to the Aussie Millions, Fortune Poker will be hosting two invite-only freerolls. The freerolls will be separated by qualification criteria. The first tournament will be a €3,000 freeroll for players that generate more than €1,499 in rake while the second is a €2,000 freeroll for players that rake €1,499 and below. This is Fortune Poker’s way of saying thank you to their loyal customers.
Last, but certainly not least, is Fortune Poker’s Christmas Reload Bonus. This is not the standard small reload bonus most poker players have become used to; this reload bonus will double any reload up to €1,000.
