Mega TV is announcing the return of the Latino Poker Series, upping the ante with one-hour episodes of poker tournaments every night. The show remains a first, being the only Spanish-language poker show in the United States Hispanic market. Monday through Friday night, Mega TV will exclusively run the program, promising to feature high speed games and tournaments.

As the third most-watched game in the global TV market, Mega TV has a host of good reasons to bring the Latino Poker Series to market. Poker has become a significant sub-industry among Hispanics, and is one of the fastest growing gaming segments in America.

William Riveron, Executive Produer and CEO of the Latino Poker Series, commented on Mega TV bringing the program to life. “Today we are airing our revamped one hour show. We are very excited to air this pilot series and bring Poker to the Hispanic community.” Mega TV’s Vice President of Programming Jose Perez commented, “Mega TV is honored to be part of this unique and sensational project, first of its kind in the Spanish-language television market. The passion for the game of Poker has really caught the attention of millions of viewers, and each week more people continue to discover and enjoy these tournaments. Mega TV confirms its commitment to bring premieres and original programming to the Spanish- speaking audience by supporting this independent series as it extends to a one hour show.”

Radio personality Danny Rivera, broadcaster Yami Quintero, and poker player Artie Rodriguez will host and commentate the show.
