This week, PartyPoker made some big changes to their software. The non-US poker room added lots of new features for its players to enjoy. Party also claims the new software is more secure, faster and more reliable. Here are a few of the changes PartyPoker has made:

Highlighting Pro Players – Party has made it easier to find its collection of poker players by highlighting them on the tables and in the lobbies. This should make it easier to watch your favorite pro or know who you’re up against at the tables!

Rabbit Hunt – Ever wonder if you would have made that flush on the river if your opponent would have checked instead of moving all-in? Now you can find out by switching on the Rabbit Hunt option. Find out of you made the right move or if you would have gotten there!

Tournament Lobby in Chat Area – Party has made it much more convenient for players to find tournament info.  The new info area will include: Chips in Play, Largest Stack, Smallest Stack, Average Stack, Your Position, Next Break and Time Bank Balance.

Anonymous Heads Up Tables – With this new feature, players and their opponents’ screennames and avatars will be anonymous and a pseudonym name will be displayed (Player1 and Player2). Have you built-up a reputation for crushing heads up and, in turn, find yourself not being able to find action? This could be a new solution!

Fold and Show – This new feature will allow players to show one or both of their cards to their opponent if the pot has been won uncontested. While showing cards is not a new concept online, showing one card is a nice twist. This could allow you to tilt your opponent or show one for metagame purposes.

All of these new features are live in the new client. Just log on to receive the update and enjoy Party’s new software.
