Anyone who has played online poker at PKR realizes that they are getting a one-of-a-kind gaming experience. PKR has always had some of the most realistic 3-d animation and unique options available at any poker site. Now, they’ve updated their software with what they claim is the site’s largest update ever.
They have added over 50 improvements to the site, including many brand new features and other tweaks to improve the gaming experience. Included on the list of new features are all new poker game environments to choose from. Players may now choose to play in a Chinese themed room, an Egyptian styled room, and even an underground wine cellar room.
Other updates include enhanced game-play and animation. Programmers have gotten very precise with the physical attributes of each player, right down to making the player’s hair look realistic, moving just right with the actions of the player. They have also added incredible celebration sequences to the end of tournaments. Different outfits and clothing styles have been added to coordinate with the appropriate season or holiday time, such as Christmas.
Not all of the updates were about appearance though. PKR now offers re-buy tournaments, adding to the excitement of multi-table tournaments and increasing prize pools and guarantees. They have also increased the speed with which games are loaded and added payment options. The new payment options will make it much more convenient for first-time players, who may now use a wide variety of deposit methods. Additionally, PKR has added Russian to their already extensive list of languages that the software supports.
PKR’s Chief Operating Officer, Leon Walters, states, “This is our biggest update yet and our development team are really proud and excited about what we’ve been able to accomplish – we think the improvements and enhancements to the game are going to be a massive hit”.
