Bodog is giving true poker-addicts a chance to get their fix pretty much anytime and anywhere you can get Internet access. You don’t even have to download any poker software anymore, so the only thing holding you back from playing poker on virtually any computer is access to the World Wide Web! The new “Instant Play” poker client even works on Macs, leaving no one out.
The new flash-based poker client looks and performs just like the regular downloaded version of Bodog’s great software. There are a few limitations, however. For one, only Texas Hold’em cash games are available and additionally, only one game may be played at a time. But other than that, players will barely notice a difference. The tables are fully resizable, table chat is available, there are full game details, customizable options, and the action is highlighted as it moves around the table, just like a regular Bodog game.
“The new Instant Play option at Bodog is perfect for when I want to play poker on my Mac or play cash games on a friend’s computer who may not have the Bodog Poker client installed,” says Bodog Poker Pro Evelyn Ng. “You can even snatch a few games at work.”
This new poker client gives even more players access to some of the great promotions available at Bodog. That includes Bodog’s great 110% First Deposit Bonus, the Royal Flush Bonus, and Bodog’s own Bad Beat Bonus. Also, all players can now take advantage of Bodog’s “Points to Cash” program, which allows players to accumulate points just for playing. These points can then be converted to a cash bonus, with every 100 points being equal to $1. Right now, players who earn more than 2,000 points in a month will automatically have their points doubled at the end of the month! That’s twice as many points that can be turned into cash, just for being a frequent player at Bodog.
