In an exciting move for longtime PokerStars fans, the company has brought aboard one new face and another familiar one in their efforts to stay atop the gaming industry.

First is Guy Templer, who had preciously been known as the chief operating officer of Netplay TV, one of Europe’s largest television gaming companies. Next is the popular Lee Jones, who has been rehired after several years away from the company he helped put on the map.

“Templer,” according to a company press release, “joins PokerStars as the new Corporate Business Development Director. He will manage all Business Development and introduction into new regulated markets for the PokerStars Group.”

As for Jones, he rejoins the PokerStars team after an extended stint across the pond. Prior to his time in Europe, he had served as the company’s Poker Room Manager between 2003 and 2007. Take a look at the company line on the man who will now serve as the brains behind the company’s Home Games division:

“Jones is one of the most popular and recognizable figures in online poker. In four years as Poker Room Manager for PokerStars, he became well known and respected among the site’s many thousands of players. He then transferred to the live poker arena and worked for the European Poker Tour, one of the world’s most prestigious series of live poker events.”
