After the success of their first Poker Camp in Barcelona, during the EPT tour, PokerStars has scheduled a second camp to take place during the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.  Both the camp and PCA takes place at the luxurious Atlantas Hotel and Resort on Paradise Island in The Bahamas.  The camp runs from January 7th to January 9th, covering many areas including different strategies, poker tells, and theory.

The main focus of The Bahamas Poker Camp will be on No-Limit Texas Hold’em.  Instruction will be geared towards helping players succeed at deep stack, slow structure, live-tournament play.  Those teaching the ins-and-outs of the game will be Team PokerStars Pros, including poker legend Daniel Negreanu, female extraordinaire Vanessa Rousso, and World Series of Poker Main Event Champions Chris Moneymaker and Greg Raymer.

Each night, after spending the day learning about live hand analysis, poker math, strategy, and poker tells, players will be able to put their knowledge to the test in an exclusive PokerStars hosted tournament.  Prizes will consist of packages to other PokerStars events.

Entry into the Poker Camp can either be directly bought, won, or added-on to the package of any PCA qualifier.  Direct buy-ins can be done with FPPs, W$s, or $3,500.  Regular and turbo rebuy satellites are available daily, starting at just $11.  Camp packages are valued at $4,500 – $1,000 for travel, $500 for food, $500 ticket for the camp tournament, four nights accommodation, and three days of Poker Camp.  For those already attending for the PCA, entry to Poker Camp classes can be added-on to their existing package for $1,250.
