In the medium event, almost 7000 runners formed a prizepool that exceeded $1,000,000. It took nearly 20 hrs, but shuriken555 came out on top. His $205,000 score must have been some kind of vindication for the time he finished sixth in the PokerStars Sunday Million. For second place finisher “Had to be”, it had to be a great feeling to pocket over $150,000. His biggest previous score was a measly $900.
