Estrellas Poker Tour Main Event Largest PokerStars Live Tournament Ever

The tournament featured a PokerStars record field of 1,798 players. The event was also the largest $1,000 buy-in event to ever take place outside of Las Vegas. A four-way deal on the final tables saw British grinder Paul Vas Nunes take home the largest piece of the deal at €204,589, while German Soenke Jahn won first place and €169,136. Alin Sameeian took home €158,475 and Marcelo Fonseca €121,000 for 3rd and 4th place respectively.
