A partnership has been formed between the WSOP and XP Events which would help spread WSOP related merchandise throughout a stand alone brick and mortar store in Las Vegas,, and free standing kiosks which you can find in the middle of the aisles in shopping malls.

Earlier this week a statement has been released by the WSOP explaining the finer details of this arrangement and merchandising deal. It is clear that XP Events is now the official branded merchandise provider of the WSOP!

XP Events president Alan Fey announced, “Poker is a sports and cultural phenomenon and we are thrilled to align with the best brand in the business, the World Series of Poker.”

“From e-commerce to retail, we think this alliance will benefit consumers allowing them multiple touch points to support their poker passion,” said Fey.

WSOP Commissioner, Jeffrey Pollack, made a statement that recognized XP Events as one of the leading companies in their market as far as sports merchandising and marketing. He went on to say that they are impressed by their work within the NBA and NHL. “XP’s expertise will broaden our footprint and provide our fans and players, and poker enthusiasts everywhere, with a world-class shopping experience”, Pollack said.

From here on out, XP Events will run the officially licensed WSOP online store (, various officially licensed retail stores in Las Vegas during the WSOP this year. XP Events will also manage the new Official WSOP retail store when it opens.
