Full Tilt Poker is well known as the site where everyone can learn, chat and play with the pros but their latest promotion will see you getting even more involved than that. Full Tilt has announced that they will be running satellite tournaments which will allow lucky poker enthusiasts to win their way to a seat at The Poker Lounge, the newest poker television program to hit screens in the United Kingdom and around the world.

The Poker Lounge is situated in an exclusive and secret location somewhere in the United Kingdom, and famous pros like Team Full Tilt members Phil Ivey and Gus Hansen meet each week with one lucky online qualifier. Action is six-handed, and each player buys in for $20,000 – the online qualifier’s buy-in is of course sponsored by Full Tilt – with the winner taking the entire $120,000 at the end of the week. The show will air on Mondays on Channel 4, and kicks off on July 25th, broadcasting for ten weeks.

Poker players throughout the UK and the entire world will be excited about how easy it is to qualify, and how awesome the prize packages are. Essentially you’re looking at an all-expenses paid prize, as the package of course grants you entry into the exclusive Poker Lounge and the $22,000 covers the tournament buy-in and then some! There are seven prize packages up for grabs, too, so there are many chances to win your week of television fame.

Qualifying couldn’t be easier, players simply need to play in the qualifying tournaments. There are seven direct qualifying tournaments, running from February 20th through April 3rd, with a fairly serious tournament entry fee of $600+$40. The good news, however, is that you don’t need to buy in to these qualifiers directly, but instead you can win your way into them by playing smaller satellites which are as cheap as $10+$1, and start on February 17th. This is the chance of a lifetime for most poker fans, and with satellites this cheap there are no excuses not to take part, so interested players should head over to Full Tilt Poker right now!
