And then there were 9. 172 people entered the event, 32 made it to Day 2, 18 made the money and now 9 have made it all the way to the final table.

They are led by Jim “Mr_BigQueso” Collopy, who will return to the table with 209,200 chips to fight it out with the other remaining 8 players. the blinds will be starting at 1,200/2,400, which gives the deeper stacks a bit of room for some play after the flop.

Collopy is no stranger to the final table spotlight, and won the A$2,250 PLO event at the 2012 Aussie Millions. It seems this American likes the action down under. He is going to be tough to beat with a pedigree like his, combined with the chips to put his skills into action.

The other players that are vying for the second bracelet to be handed out in the Crown Casino in Melbourne include Dan Shak, and Marvin Rettenmaier, both of who are no strangers to final tables, and while Rettenmaier is shorter on chips than he’d like, he is still going to be dangerous at this table.

Shak, who recently won the PartyPoker Premier League VI and took 2nd in the EPT 8-Game Championships in London, was also responsible for crippling the overnight chip leader, Andrew Gaw. Gaw battled on, but fell in 12th place for a A$5,028 score for his A$1,650 entry fee and 2 days of effort.

The Final table, all playing for the Bracelet and A$69,662  will look like this:

Seat 1 – Dan Shak – 102,700
Seat 2 – Mike Leah – 71,200
Seat 3 – Marvin Rettenmaier – 33,500
Seat 4 – Martin Kozlov – 47,400
Seat 5 – Minh Nguyen – 122,200
Seat 6 – Scott Reid – 28,400
Seat 7 – Tino Lechich – 85,000
Seat 8 – Paul Sharbanee – 77,200
Seat 9 – Jim Collopy – 209,200

The final table will be streamed on the WSOP site, and will also be uploaded to Youtube afterwards, for those not able to watch live.
