Default $10 PLO FR. Nut straight v FD.

New to PLO, just a line check really, PT4 tells me this is a 60% on the flop, 78% on the turn. By my reckoning this is a long term value bet. Villain is 21/18 over 140 hands and competent (by $10 standards) me 9/3 over 5K (mostly hi/lo nl). I figured he was drawing to the flush or to fill up but I tend to play the cards in Omaha rather than the stats of the villain.
