I'd consider these games pretty-weak tight, especially .50/1. I think the C-bet numbers are about right, 77% raises/bets. I don't think that's too much, although I might want to cut it down a bit in 3-way pots. I almost always c-bet heads-up and usually do in 3-way pots, unless I'm first to act. 4-way in more I hardly ever c-bet unless the flop helped me. The exception would be if I'm last to act on a board like A27 rainbow where it is checked to me.
