Whit it can vary from one opponent to another, with no opponent-specific indications, my best guess for 16 pfr is something like 77+, plus a lot of broadways and maybe some suited Ax and/or some mid suited connectors.

AQ is well ahead of this range on the flop, and still well ahead assuming he only cbets the best 60%. I'd consider raising. He'll fold most of the time, and if he calls, I may not be ahead of his range any more, but I don't think I'm crushed, and I still have position and initiative. If he re-pops, I'm done.

After calling the flop and turning top 2, I'm prepared to play for his stack. I might raise the turn, but since all the money went in anyway, how is kind of moot.
