Hand 1 is super super standard, although I see him showing up with a set a LOT here. c/minraise at 2nl (at least in my experience) is such a standard line for a set its gross, but he can have a lot of AT-AK hands too. Getting it in is fine.

Hand 2 I'm pretty much agreeing with what everyone says, just get it in on the flop (if possible) or at least reraise, you have amazing equity in this pot vs this guy and if he has a set/two pair/a big Kx he will get it in with you.

Barring that, you NEED TO BET BIGGER ON THE TURN AND RIVER. You have gotten almost no value by playing the hand the way you did. c/r shows a lot of strength, betting out gets them to call more often. River, you barely bet 1/4 pot. That is fucking pathetic. You need to be betting 70 cents or more here. I mean Jesus, sure he calls you with all kinds of crap, but you can get so much more value out of two pairs/trips/Kx.

Work on your bet sizing.
