I'm a 22 year old poker newbie from Switzerland.
I've started playing limit hold'em in January.
I read yesterday in an article on FTR that some players win 4bb/100.
Does it mean that you are supposed to win the amount of 4bb for each 100 hands dealt?

Also, I noticed that I'm doing the right things pre-flop, but I suck big time post-flop .
Any specific advice or recommendation?
