I know i shouldn't play this hand at all but I did like a damn fool. I am having trouble with the odds here if he is betting 1 into 1.3 we could win 2.30 if we put in 1 so thats 2 to 1 odds there? and we have 9 outs so thats 9-1?? this should be a fold right? i would fold preflop. but since you called preflop, c/c flop and c/f missed turn, c/c to SD when you make your flush but be prepared to be stacked off by FH's especially when turn/river are broadways. as played, fold flop.

i like calling SC in the blinds when we are at least 3way going to flop, otherwise my calling range vs EP, MP openings at these stage of your "poker career" would resume to PP( which we mainly play for set mining) and AJs, AQs, AQ and 3bet QQ+,AK and pretty much fold everything else. vs LP openers w/ a ATS> 25% you could start calling also suited broadways as long as you dont go crazy w/ TPGK

Don't think I'm folding preflop and it should be obvious why. Anyway, when you donk in to a 4-way flop like this you're repping strength obv, although your bet sizing tells otherwise. Fold the flop and as played, c/f the turn.

Agreed on not folding pre for obv reasons. I just think noobs tend to get themselves in trouble playing small SCs, esp opp (lol I still do) and gotigers has a long way to go.

Because you're getting 5 to 1 to see a 4-way flop with a hand that plays well multiway, even if you are oop.

Call or Fold PF, either is ok, IMO.

With that many players in the pot, there is bound to be an A out there and he aint never folding here. Shit, a 7 may not fold.

So, Check Flop, hoping for a free card, calling to < 1/2 pot bets, otherwise fold.

In general, playing small suited connectors in FR is not a necessity. If it's folded to you in late pos then they can be worth raising with to steal the blinds or worth 3Betting to defend blinds, but no need to flat with them, especially OOP. This case is a little different because of the good pot ods, but otherwise...

Silly blanket statement, and T9s is not a 'small' suited connector. Pre is absolutely an ez/std call.

Flop I don't mind the donk, but has to be much bigger. .32 or so. checking is also fine/std.

exactly. if your repping strength and he raises, u should just muck and move on. as played had a spade hit were you stacking off?? how good is your hand really when you hit a flush and its a broadway spade?? you have to plan the hand from get go bro.

After the opponent bets $1 on the turn, the pot odds are 2.36:1. The card odds of making a flush are 37:9 or just worse than 4:1. Also, even if you make a flush, you can't have the nuts, so your outs aren't "clean", which means they should be discounted. So for example, you might assume that your 9 outs are equivalent to 6 to 7 clean ones, which makes the effective card odds worse and folding pretty straightforward.

I'd call pre, b/f flop. Sure there might be an ace out there, but if there isn't, our bet will take it down. Bet bigger, make it look like you have an ace by pricing out flush draws, at least $0.35. I wouldn't hate a c/r if we're heads up and we think villain b/f pps 7x and flush draws in position, but with this many in I'd likely b/f but c/f isn't horrible. b/c is awful with a flush draw on a paired flop.

do NOT fold pre, c/f flop v any sizable bet. Donk can be okay but is probably silly here since you have almost no chance of winning the pot right now and your implied odds are not very good.
