well originally I had been better consistantly pre flop, and he hit a run of good cards, and called me on some bluffs where i tried to muscle him. He got a BIT of his chips back and i started to shy away.

Thanks for the advice tho, with a comanding lead it makes sense to make a short stack PAY PAY PAY, i know this because some of my friends have done this to me!
