Raise from any position unraised. Late position call a raise. I won't get more specific because you have to adapt to how loose your opponents play. The looser they play and the more passively, the more hands you can play profitably. On the super-tight tables AQ is unplayable with a raise in front. Loose tables merit a reraise.
