Maybe try adding more and more tables to grind thru the varience, i used to 5 table now ive started 8-9 tabling to build my roll.

i also agree its wikid u have the disipline and humbleness to drop down in stakes when ur br dictates.

checkout my 60k hands post for the graph showing how varience gave me a 10k hand period where i was loosing money by the end of it... over about 8k hands i dropped 500BBs (or 10 stacks)

I 10-table, and I play basic ABC poker everytime at 50 NL. No judo moves lol. Im starting to make it back now (see hand history forum)
