think about what it is that makes these so-called "spewtards" spewtards and then decide a strategy whereby you make money from their "spewtardish" tendencies. play your range in a way which exploits these tendencies.

"i can't cbet my iso because they'll just call with a gutshot"
    - if your opponens call cbets with a very weak range, then you can adjust your value betting range, because against this particular opponent, a lot more hands can be bet for value, as they call cbets with a weak range.

"If I check to them, they overbet the flop and I have to fold 90% of my hands"
    - find out what they are doing this with and consider how to exploit it. i'm guessing this one will depend on what part of thei range they overbet the flop with. if they habitually overbet the flop when they have air, then you can probably begin check/calling with weak-ish one pair hands.

i am just as bad, if not worse, than you are at poker so these adjustments might not be "correct". it would be well worth checking out spoonitnow's series of exercises, if you haven't already, which help you start thinking about how to play your range in order to exploit your opponents tendencies.

oh, and the deck not co-operating with you in a particular session shouldnt change the way you decide to play your range. the deck co-operates with no-one over a large sample. good luck!
