Against a range that tight I'd be folding the AQ. I'm guessing that's an example from FR, I only play 6 max where the typical 20NL reg's opening range will often be something like all PPs and AJs+. Here we have decent equity and position so I'd call and look to c/r bluff certain flops and extract value if I make TP. Vs OP's range for utg though we're just too far behind to do anything but fold imo.

H2: Where did he call from? Normally his range will include loads of Pps and middling Sc's etc. So few hands are likely to go away on this board. I might c/f this flop unless I have a read he either plays fit or fold, or flats in position with broadways a fair amount. Double barreling depends on how much of a station villain is - don't fire multiple barrels at 20Nl stations pls. Good cards will be scare cards that villain may think have now hit your range hard after missing that low flop such as aces and kings. Also a card that increases your equity in the pot by giving you some sort of draw etc can be good since we don't need villain to fold as often and can stack him on rivers where he is at near the top of his range.
