Default Flop decision w Q set

Villian was 35/29 VP w AF of 6 after 48 hands. Button was a TAG.

Please critique my play up to this point. Is calling here the best option. Looking back, I may have overbet on the flop, but I was concerned about the button possibly holding JT, and then villian's raise did give me slight pause.

Raise a little more preflop, like 0.45
Bet a little less on the flop, maybe 3/4 pot.
Insta-call his shove. He is loose and aggressive, put him on a range and see how easy a call it is. Sometimes he'll show up with something like KK or JT, but that's poker.

And then, even if you somehow knew he had JT, it would still be a call. Pot odds 32.9%, equity 34.5%. It's only KK that crushes you in his range, and KK is less likely as he would probably have 4b it pre (and there is a K on the board so that's only 3 combos).

Thanks for the input. I did in fact snap call him (after that slight pause) and he had the nut flush draw. It was a tense walk down the final two streets, but thankfully I survived.
