Doubt there's too much difference in terms of rakeback/bonuses/quality of games for nanostakes (25NL and below), so I'd just go with whatever software you like best.

I play on Stars since the layout/software is decent, also have an existing account on FT without rakeback . Apparently I'm on a list to receive rakeback but tbh I'm happy at stars.
