min raise pre flop is a disaster. Limp, fold, or if you want to raise, make a real one. Those are in order of OK-ness.

On the flop, you say you bet to 'see where you're at' - but giving better than 10/1 to call I don't see what info you're going to get.

When two broadways hit and there are 7 people in the hand, you should assume trips everytime. Don't raise for info. You don't need it.

For the same reason, I'm totally confused by your river call. Of course he had a Q. Pre flop he's getting the right price to call with any two, since he can assume the early limpers won't re raise. I hope at the least you considered the fact that while you do get info, you're giving it as well:

when I min raise, I have marginal holdings
I will call you on the flop with nothing
I will call on the river with nothing

These aren't necessarily bad things, but you need to play accordingly.
