I can't believe an AA rundown put you on tilt. When you lose with these hands (and you will), usually you lose a lot of $. AA and KK offer frequent huge upswings, and an occassional huge downswing here and there.

Control tilt by expecting the inevitable to happen. You looked at the board, 7T was the nuts, and you didn't put him on it. Would anyone on earth expect you to?

I go on tilt because I'm tired, bored, bubbled a tournament. Stuff like that. Never because I lost a hand.
