25.93% VPIP sounds quite high to me unless this is short handed. You could sustain this flop % with good post flop skills but I think this is a weakness in your game.
Having looked through the hands some are bad beats some are bad play, I think a lot of them could have been avoided.
Hand 5
Folding the 55 to the Ace scare high card I think was a mistake, the straight is there with the 2 or 6,7 but I think the raise was more brought on from your weak bet or they have hit the ace and you obviously fear it.
You bet $8 on the flop and $3 on the turn, you still had 10 outs to a fullhouse that beats a straight if one is even out.
I'm sure someone will comment on the others.
