The more you do it the better you get.. I feel relatively comfortable with 12-16 FR tables. And I guarentee you I am not just playing like a bot, using only stats.. I also take notes on hands I've seen, and general notes on players. I regularly check hand histories while playing, and note/mark those as well. Obviously I would play better using less tables, but just because you are playing multiple tables does not mean you can't pick up meaningful reads, and are only playing stat-based poker.

I prefer 6 tables of 6m over 12-16 of FR. But when playing 6 tables, I find a bit of dead time, which I obviously try to plug in unprofitable ways, such as browsing the forums. As of late, I've started playing poker vids on my other monitor while playing, so maybe I can learn, and also get into a more poker mindset. Obv I want to pwn when I see Krantz, Phil Galfond, and others, soul reading feesh.
