Why have you ruled out QQ, JJ? 11/10 is nitty w/e but it's also ultra agro. You have to 3bet a lot of your range to have such a close gap between the two stats. This convinces me he's capable of 3betting worse than us pf.

Now your point, even though he's potentially 3betting too much, is that betting out on this flop means he has exactly AK. Like he knows, even though he's too nitty/aggro, that betting QQ or JJ turns his hand into a bluff.

I'd 4bet him all in considering he has 25% of his stack committed so i can't see him folding and you want a call. The only hand beating you is AA here so your ahead of his range. I think trying to keep the BTN in here is a mistake as you will be playing OOP and your equity decreases against an extra opponent, 4bet and get it in to isolate the SB who pretty much has to call.
