So, I flop the nut hand (that's still vulnerable to some draws) in a small family pot. Interesting hand in that if someone's playing for the Ace high flush, 2 of his outs will leave him in a lot of pain. What kind of EP bet is best here?

In your example hand, you should typically check behind. All you're winning here is a bluff attempt, unfortunately. I wouldn't worry too much about the flush draw, since you have a pretty high one.
